Cendant and Kimpton sign agreement
Cendant Travel Distribution Services and Kimpton Hotels announced a multi-year distribution and services agreement.
The deal provides Kimpton’s nearly 40 hotels in North America with access to Cendant TDS’s full suite of distribution products and services.
The hotel chain says the agreement will enhance the company’s efficiency and profitability through expanded distribution, while providing consumers with expanded access to Kimpton products through traditional agency channels and online.
The hotel chain will distribute specially negotiated rates through Cendant TDS’ various distribution channels. Kimpton will also provide Cendant with rates for its Galileo Web!Hotels program, which provides discounted leisure hotel inventory to Galileo travel agents throughout North America.
Kimpton’s boutique hotels are located in major North American cities.
