C&M Recruitment mourns death of ‘fantastic team member’
C&M Travel Recruitment director Barbara Kolosinska has paid tribute to colleague Gary Molloy who died on Saturday.
Gary was account manager at C&M Executive Recruitment, where he had worked since 2014.
He was diagnosed in February with cancer of the bowel and liver and, despite several courses of treatment, died on Saturday afternoon.
He leaves a wife, Nicola, and two young children, Nathan and Darcey.
Before joining C&M he worked for more than 25 years at companies including Cosmos Holidays, Airtours and Club 18-30.
Kolosinska said: "We are devastated to hear that our friend Gary has passed away.
"He was a fantastic member of the C&M team – always upbeat and positive – and the great memories that we have of him will stay with us.
"I am sure many people in the industry will be truly saddened to hear of this tragic loss. "Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends this Christmas."
After Gary was diagnosed with his illness, the C&M team raised £4,360 for Macmillan Cancer Support earlier this year by completing the Tough Mudder challenge.
