Cox & Kings takeover of Holidaybreak finalised
Holidaybreak has become part of Cox & Kings after the takeover was approved by a court.
It was announced that Prometheon Holidays, a subsidiary of Cox & Kings, had agreed to buy the travel group with brands such as Superbreak, Eurocamp and Keycamp for £312 million in July.
The listing of Holidaybreak shares were cancelled yesterday after shareholders gave their unanimous support to the takeover earlier this month.
