CP Holidays’ Hong Kong………confidentially
Orient Express Travel Group’s wholesale arm CP Holidays rolls out more new product with the release of Hong Kong Confidential, a guide to boutique hotels, spa treatments, select restaurants and specialist local tours.
According to Product Development Manager, Denise Dodd, the eight-page brochure is designed to differentiate CP Holidays from mass marketers.
“Hong Kong Confidential, as the name suggests, represents Kong Kong’s finer style in accommodation, dining and activities,” she said.
“With over 20 years experience in this market, we are a specialist and we know Hong Kong exceptionally well, generating significant buying power along the way,” she said. “While we offer mainstream hotels and tours, Hong Kong Confidential has been created for today’s discerning modern traveller who is looking for a Hong Kong of comparable values.”
The brochure features seven boutique hotels, Mission Hills golf resort and spa, cooking and shopping experiences, health and good Chi, leading bars and restaurants, spas, select local tours and experiential activities, like classes for cooking, martial arts and appreciation of jade and pearls.
As one of the largest independent travel organisations in Australia, OETG claims to present “extremely competitive” airfares particularly with Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Malaysia Airlines and Qantas.
The group also markets travel to China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea and Japan.
OETG claims it is the largest provider for Asian passengers visiting friends and relatives between Australia and Asia and as a result staff have multi lingual skills and an extensive cultural understanding of each country.
Ms Dodd said that with the development of new CP Holidays and Cathay Pacific Holidays product released recently into the broader general market, OETG was broadening its market penetration.
“Confidentially, Hong Kong Confidential adds a sophisticated element to our range,” she said.
