Cross Hotels showcases new Southeast Asia destinations

Southeast Asia hospitality group Cross Hotels & Resorts will unveil a collection of new destinations across Bangkok and Bali at this week’s WTM London.

The group will also spotlight its recent signing of ELLE Resort & Beach Club Bali by Cross Collection.

It will highlight its newest openings, expansion plans, and sustainability milestones.

Cross currently has a portfolio of 28 hotels across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan in five distinct brands — Cross, Cross Vibe, Away, Lumen and Cross Collection.

The group is rapidly expanding, aiming to reach 60 hotels by 2030.

“Travel is evolving, and so are travellers,” said Harry Thaliwal, CEO of Cross Hotels & Resorts.

“Guests want more than a place to stay — they want experiences that inspire, rejuvenate, and connect them to the world around them.”

New properties:

Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin (Opening December 2025) – A lifestyle hotel in one of Bangkok’s emerging lifestyle districts, Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin is a 196-room hotel designed for social and experience-led travellers.

Cross Celesta Nusa Penida (Opening 2027) – A 61-villa luxury eco-resort nestled on the cliffs of Nusa Penida, with breathtaking ocean views.

ELLE Resort & Beach Club Bali by Cross Collection (Opening 2028) – Cross Hotels & Resorts has signed a Hotel Management Agreement with Geonet Developments International for ELLE Resort & Beach Club by Cross Collection, a beachfront destination set to open in 2028 in the heart of Seminyak, Bali.

Alongside new openings, Cross is enhancing its existing properties to elevate guest experiences.

Away Chiang Mai Thapaea fully vegan destination, has recently been upgraded with 30 new luxury suites, a signature restaurant and expanded wellness facilities.

Additionally, Cross Hotels & Resorts is enhancing multi-generational travel with tailored family packages, curated activities, and “Kids Stay & Eat Free” promotions.

Cross Hotels & Resorts’ lifestyle credentials recently gained mainstream attention when Away Bangkok Riverside Kene featured in the TV series Married at First Sight UK.
