Cruise Planners see better bookings
Cruise Planner agents will have the benefit of full automation in the booking process as a result of an agreement with Amadeus.
Cruise Planners more than 450 home-based members can now increase revenues and reduce extra costs associated with traditional cruise booking options, said Vicky Garcia, director of group operations and support for Cruise Planners.
“The major benefit to our agents is that they will no longer have to pick up the phone to contact the cruise line or wait on-hold for a reservation agent to find the best deal for their customers,” she said.
The integrated booking tool automates the entire booking process, and also reduces inefficient manual data entry and back office administration, added Ms Garcia. She said the process is simple and easy to use.
