Dedicated agents website from luxury line

Crystal Cruises has developed a dedicated agents website.

The website – www.discovercrystal.co.uk – is designed to help improve communication between the line and agents who are its sole distribution network.

Phase one of the site goes live today (Wednesday) giving agents access to latest news and product updates, offers and promotions, FAQs and sales tips, podcasts, virtual ship tours, images to download, a link to Crystal’s online training programme, Crystal Cruises Academy, a Twitter widget and Crystal blogs.

UK sales and marketing director Andy Harmer said: “Crystal has always worked exclusively with the trade here in the UK so it’s incredibly important that we support them as much as we can.

“The new website – part of Crystal’s “Take A Fresh Look at Crystal Cruises” campaign – is clear demonstration of our ongoing commitment to the UK travel trade.”
