Details of $1 billion Vegas convention resort unveiled

Wednesday, 06 May, 2008 0

The planned M Resort, Spa and Casino on South Las Vegas Boulevard will have 60,000 square feet of convention space with views of the world-famous strip.

“The M Resort Meeting and Conference spaces have been specially designed to cater to the needs of small to mid-sized meetings and events,” said M Resort Founder, CEO and Chairman Anthony A. Marnell, III. He added:

“When we were designing the resort, we found that there was a lack of full-service conference facilities for medium-sized business events. Most of the convention space in the city is built to suit large-scale meetings and functions.”

Other features include The Villaggio del Sole Pool and Entertainment Piazza. It includes a built-in stage with an event capacity of 4,000 and has nearly 17,000 square feet of dining and entertainment space. There’s also the 2,000-square-foot Canyon restaurant and entertainment lounge with a large wine cellar and tasting room.
