Expedia Private Label revs up with MotoGP

Saturday, 21 Jun, 2007 0

Expedia Private Label is to power travel services on MotoGP websites in the UK, France, Spain, Germany and Italy.

The deal with the motorcycling championship organisation follows Expedia’s partnership with the official Formula 1 website F1.com, where visitors can also book race tickets, flights, hotels and car hire.

The new agreement sees Expedia provide users of the motogp.com site with the ability to book race tickets, as well travel and accommodation.

It is launched to coincide with all MotoGP races across Europe, beginning with the A-Style TT Assen, which takes place on June 30 in Holland.

Expedia Private Label  managing director Karen Vaites Bohannon said: “This agreement recognises our expertise in providing private label services to companies wishing to offer their customers high quality travel products without the need for upfront investment.

“We have a proven track record in delivering ancillary revenue earnings growth for our clients and we look forward to working with MotoGP for the long term.”
