Explora Journeys unveils food and beverage concepts
Explora Journeys announced its unique culinary and beverage `concepts` on board EXPLORA I for its inaugural journey in May 2023.
EXPLORA I will showcase 11 culinary experiences across six restaurants plus in-suite dining, as well as 12 bars and lounges.
Throughout the year wine selections will reflect the regional areas where the ship sails.
An exclusive mixology program has been curated including a signature `Ocean State of Mind` cocktail using gin made with seaweed algae.
There will be wine, whiskey and spirit tastings, pairings, cocktail-making classes and ‘Meet the Winemaker’ events.
Thibaut Briancon, Senior Lead, Food and Beverage Services for Explora Journeys, said: “A key element of differentiation for Explora Journeys is our passion for hand selecting and sourcing an eclectic beverage mix.”
Multiple dining experiences have been carefully created to celebrate global cooking talents, provenance and locally sourced ingredients.
Venues include Emporium Marketplace all-day dining, pan-Asian cuisine at Sakura and French-inspired international cuisine at Fil Rouge.
Explora Journeys offers unlimited beverages, fine wines, and premium spirits, including in-suite minibar, speciality coffees teas and soft drinks.
Guests can also enjoy inclusive dining and beverage experiences in restaurants, bars, and lounges onboard
