First online and interactive fam trip?
Funjet Vacations is broadcasting live via the web in what it calls a first in travel technology — an online and interactive familiarization trip in Riviera Maya.
“Funjet Vacations is making history with this industry-leading ‘virtual fam,’’’ said Ray Snisky, president of Funjet Vacations.
He said there was some confusion over how much damage Hurricane Wilma had done.
“By arming agents with the facts, we know they will be able to turn this perception around, make sales and earn attractive commissions,” he said.
In addition to getting the latest tourism updates, agents will also receive promotions and offers specific to the Riviera Maya area.
The shows will run the rest of the week.
Agents can register directly at www.funjetlive.com to reserve a spot in the audience.
