Florida visitation tops pre-pandemic numbers

Latest data shows Florida tourism is booming. Q3 (July to September) 2021 estimates by Visit Florida recorded 32 million visitors to Florida, which is up .3% from 2019 and 60% from last year.

It was virtually all domestic visitors during the quarter although borders have now reopened.

Orlando International Airport posted the highest passenger traffic during the quarter with 5.3 million flyers, up 200% from 2020.
