Former TUI head of commercial joins seat-only start up

Ex-TUI head of commercial Paul Cooper has joined start-up seat-only operator Flylolo to help drive the company’s business development.

Working with chief executive Paul Dendle, Cooper said the was keen to expand the operator’s business from Southampton airport.

Flylolo is offering seats from Gatwick to the Canary Islands only during the peak winter weeks and one flight a week from Southampton to Skiathos this summer, but for summer 2019 it is offering 14 routes from Southampton to a range of destinations in the Med.

Dendle said: "I am delighted that we now have Paul Cooper working with us bringing his valuable expertise and knowledge to the team as we grow and develop our business.

"We are keen to maximise sales distribution for Flylolo, which Paul will also be working on."

Cooper spent 16 years as TUI head of commercial – airports, before setting up Can Do Aviation in 2016.
