Golfboo makes a hullabaloo about the Alcanada

Thursday, 27 Feb, 2014 0

In the cluttered world of online travel sites, how do you attract attention to your website?

Try Golfboo, the world’s first golf travel search engine.

Golfboo (for that’s its name) recently chose Club de Golf Alcanada, in Mallorca as "the most highly-rated course in the Balearic Islands".

To be fair, the classification developed by Golfboo establishes a ranking by region, based on all the scores obtained by different courses in various publications.

This takes into account factors such as the state of the course, bunkers, greens, all the facilities or other services such as customer service or even price/quality ratio, and the total number of reviews received by users.

Alcanada’s tally of 8.5 out of 10 topped the Balearics’ list, well above the average score of the rest of the islands’ golf courses.

So next time a friends asks you to recommend the best course in the Balearics, say a little birdie told you it was the Alcanada.
