Gulf Air revamps website
Gulf Air has improved navigation of its website to attract more direct online bookings.
The www.gulfairco.com site has been relaunched with new features and more organised content.
A ‘Special Offers’ section has been introduced offering competitive and special deals.
The Duty Free and Inflight Entertainment sections have been redesigned to offer online versions of the in-flight brochures.
The airline’s marketing and sales vice-president Lee Shave said: “The website enhancement is one of our many ways to reach out to our customers more intimately online.
“We have taken into consideration the valuable feedback received from our customers and have tried to implement many of their suggestions to enhance the online experience.
“We will continue to develop the sites to make the content richer, increase interaction with the customer and make browsing Gulf Air websites a useful and enjoyable experience.”
