HEALTHSPAN CHOOSES RWA’S SELL-IT SUITE RESERVATION SYSTEM
Healthspan has selected Sell-It Suite to provide the core business functionality for their new venture ‘Healthspan Leisure’, which will offer tailor made leisure breaks to the Channel Islands. The leisure breaks will be sold via a new Healthspan Leisure web site and Healthspan’s existing call centre. Commenting on this announcement, Graham Case, Deputy Managing Director, Healthspan Limited stated, “We selected Sell-It Suite because it will provide a flexible solution to manage the front and back office of our booking centre and provide an e-commerce presence.” RWA is working with Healthspan to integrate Sell-It Reservator and Sell-It Online into their existing IT infrastructure. Sell-It Reservator, a new reservation system designed for the modern tour operator, will integrate with Ramesys’ Innova Property Management System and with Rockhopper’s flight system to obtain price and availability information for hotel and flight products. Healthspan will use Sell-It Reservator’s Inventory Manager to load and manage event and course information and prices, and create the package rules associated with the specific leisure breaks to be sold. Healthspan’s new leisure web site, powered by Sell-It Online, will give Healthspan’s customers a natural and easy way of browsing and booking available leisure breaks. Sell-It Reservator’s Booking Manager will provide Healthspan’s tele-sales staff with the ability to make bookings and amendments and manage customer payments. It will integrate with Healthspan’s existing call-centre infrastructure for incoming call assignment and voice recording. The application also produces customer invoices, itineraries and other essential documentation such as resort transfer manifests.
