Holiday Extras expands sales force
Holiday Extras has strengthened its sales team including an expanding unit for growing online sales.
Shelley Roberts has been promoted to head of sales across all brands, Angela Brunton becomes field sales manager and Steve Wilkinson assumes the role of major account manager.
Online sales manager David Stratton heads an expanded team responsible for growing online sales and is joined by Chris Godfrey and David Lewis who become key account managers. The unit will focus on helping agents, operators and airlines set up links on their sites to Holiday Extras’ products and in turn increase earning opportunities, the company said.
The creation of the 20-strong team follows the launch of Show & Stay, Play & Stay, Legoland Holidays and Neil Herbert joining the board as sales director in January.
Herbert said: “We are maximising our resources in order to focus more effort in driving sales through all B2B channels, especially the trade and our existing agent, operator and airline partners, across the complete range of Holiday Extras products.”
