IHG debuts Garner brand in the UK
IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has introduced its first Garner Hotel branded property to the UK.
The midscale conversion brand debuts with Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury in Lancashire.
Garner had its global launch in 2023 and joins a global portfolio of more than 117 open or in the development pipeline.
Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury has 80 guestrooms spread across three floors.
Dining options include the Village Brasserie, offering locally sourced British cuisine, while the Lounge Bar providing a relaxed atmosphere for socialising or unwinding.
Business travellers have several versatile conference and events spaces for meetings and seminars.
A well-equipped Fitness Suite is also available for guests.
The Preston hotel is located close to the M6’s junction 31 with easy access to Manchester, Liverpool, the Lake District, as well as the seaside resort of Blackpool.
Each Garner hotel offers comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, bean-to-cup coffee, and snacks available at the Garner Shop.

Alongside 56 Garner hotels set to open in Northern Europe, IHG has announced the first signings in Turkiye and Italy.
