Independent Eurostar probe launched

An independent review is to be conducted into the problems suffered by Eurostar when trains were stuck in Channel Tunnel at the weekend causing distruption to thousands of passengers.
The board of Eurostar made the announcement in advance of limited services resuming today (Tuesday).
Former GNER chief executive and ex-Eurotunnel commercial director Christopher Garnett will lead the review.
