Indonesia scraps arrival Covid test
Indonesia tourism has updated entry rules with expanded visa-on-arrival and the dropping of the on-arrival PCR test.
Visa-on-arrival was recently extended to travellers, from 43 countries and issuance of the VOA is now possible at seven international airports.
These are Yogyakarta, Medan, Makassar, Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya and Manado.
VOA is also available at several seaports in the Riau Islands near Singapore and designated land border crossings.
Visitors from nine neighbouring ASEAN countries are granted visa-free entry.
On-arrival testing has now been removed for those considered fully vaccinated although pre-departure PCR tests are still mandatory.
