Innsbruck Just Got Easy-er
EasyJet launched a Gatwick-Innsbruck service on December 18, with fares starting at £44.98 (88.09 USD) return, including taxes.
The Innsbruck service, which operates every day except Saturday, is expected to be popular with independent skiers this winter.
The low-cost carrier has also announced a new route for summer 2008, to Biarritz in the south of France.
The four-times weekly Gatwick-Biarritz service begins operating on July 4, with fares starting at £43.49 return, including taxes.
Full details of all EasyJet’s services are available in its summer 2008 schedule, out today.
EasyJet UK general manager David Osborne said: “EasyJet has seen a huge increase in flights to ski and summer destinations this year. The new destinations from Gatwick will bring the choice of routes from the airline’s largest base up to 45.”
