Jet collides with shuttle bus, injuring five
Five people were injured in an airport accident at LAX.
An American Airlines Airbus jet being towed collided with a shuttle bus at Los Angeles International Airport.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident.
The shuttle bus was transporting passengers between two terminals.
The Los Angeles Fire Department called it a ‘low-speed collision’ although four people were taken to hospital.
The airport accident didn’t disrupt any other flight operations, a LAX spokesperson said.
