KEA NZ aims for happy campers
KEA New Zealand will offer free 2degrees Mobile SIM cards for all campervan and motor home hires in New Zealand.
Pre-loaded with NZ$1 of call time, the SIM cards give customers the freedom to pre-book tours and accommodation by using the operators 0800 and 0508 free call numbers.
The SIM cards will also give international tourists the added security of being able to call KEA’s helpline free of charge and allow KEA to contact its customers while they are on the road.
International travellers will also avoid global roaming charges and get full national 3G coverage while holidaying in New Zealand.
Every KEA vehicle uses solar panels to keep its auxiliary batteries charged, allowing for greater fuel efficiency and the ability to travel without relying on powered campsites.
