Lastminute provides hotel bookings for UK rail website
National Rail Enquiries has selected Lastminute.com to provide hotel bookings on its website.
The UK rail booking website will provide a range of accommodation options in towns and cities across Britain, providing integrated merchandising and hotel content within the Journey Planner results.
National Rail Enquiries chief executive Chris Scoggins said: “This strategic partnership has added yet another dimension to National Rail Enquiries journey planning facility.
“Bringing together the capabilities of two of the most important websites in the UK offers travellers a fantastic service at the touch of a button.â€
Lastminute.com vice president of distribution Vic Darvey said: “This partnership is a significant opportunity to showcase our enhanced merchandising capabilities and extensive domestic content including our market-leading “Top Secret Hotels†propositionâ€.
