Lindblad boosts agent resources with expanded Approach Guides partnership
Lindblad Expeditions, operator of the National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions co-brand, is adding more selling resources for agents.
Its partnership with Approach Guides will provide travel advisors with more sales tools, including new customised content experiences and a personalised, conversion-optimised website.
The new website connects advisors’ Approach Guides with a personalised, trade-friendly version of the consumer-facing website, www.expeditions.co.uk.
This integration allows travel advisors to share any National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions webpage with clients – complete with real-time pricing, availability and full personalization.
“Our website is one of our most powerful sales tools, and our expanded partnership with Approach Guides will allow travel advisors to harness its power while helping them grow their business,” said Kathi Riddle, SVP of Sales, Lindblad Expeditions.
“Advisors can now share any page from our website with clients to showcase expeditions while ensuring all leads will come back directly to the advisor.”
Lindblad Expeditions first partnered with Approach Guides in 2023 to create dynamic multimedia content for travel advisors to co-brand and personalise key sales touchpoints.
To showcase some of the new features, Lindblad Expeditions and Approach Guides recorded a detailed demonstration webinar for travel advisors, at Lindblad Expeditions’ YouTube channel.
