London Luton Airport handled 13 million passengers in 2022
A busy holiday period saw London Luton Airport welcome 1.1 million passengers in December.
It included the airport’s’ busiest Christmas Day on record with over 12,000 departing passengers
It took the airport’s 2022 full-year total to over 13.1 million.
The airport marks its 85th birthday celebrations in July, and launches the new DART transit service.
Alberto Martin, LLA CEO, said: “It has been an extremely exciting 12 months for London Luton Airport.”
“Our teams have worked hard to deliver a consistent passenger experience.”
