Long-established business travel agency sold
Bath Travel has sold London-based business travel agency Baxer Hoare Travel for an undisclosed sum.
The company has been acquired by ex-Bath Business Travel managing director Adam White, a leading member of the Guild of Travel Management Companies.
White, former managing director of Business Travel management, said: "I have long dreamt of owning my own business and I am grateful to the Bath family for the opportunity to take on such a talented and experienced team as those at Baxter Hoare to achieve this."
The London bridge-based TMC was founded in 1883 and is one of the longest-established in the UK.
It has a strong presence in the events and exhibitions sector.
