Minor Hotels announces second Avani+ hotel in Laos
Hospitality group Minor Hotels announced Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane, a new premium lifestyle hotel set to open in the second quarter of this year.
It will become Minor Hotels’ second hotel in Laos, joining Avani+ Luang Prabang.
Located approximately 15 minutes from Wattay International Airport, Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane is positioned to become a key hub for international travellers.
It has been designed as a contemporary base for business and leisure stays, featuring 197 rooms, from Deluxe Rooms to Suites and a spacious Presidential Suite.
The hotel’s dining and social offering spans four distinct dining venues, with an all-day dining restaurant, fine dining, a relaxed café and deli concept and a bar.
The hotel will feature AvaniSpa on the mezzanine floor, with three single treatment rooms and two couple’s treatment rooms, alongside a dedicated relaxation lounge.
AvaniFit will also be located on the mezzanine, with a spacious gym and a body and mind studio.
Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane will house the Lanexang Hall ballroom, accommodating up to 320 guests and divisible into two function rooms, supported by a dedicated bridal and VIP room.
There are additional meeting rooms and an outdoor lawn for up to 100 guests for corporate gatherings, events and weddings.
