More international airlines join TSA PreCheck
More international airlines have joined the TSA PreCheck program.
Air Premia, Air Tahiti Nui, Air Transat, Bahamasair, BermudAir, Iberia, La Compagnie and New Pacific Airlines have joined, taking the total number to almost 100.
PreCheck Trusted Traveler Program membership allows the airlines’ passengers to enjoy expedited airport security screening at Transportation Security Administration checkpoints.
Passengers that have enrolled can use the TSA PreCheck lane when flying these airlines connecting via a US domestic flight.
“About 99% of TSA PreCheck passengers wait less than 10 minutes in dedicated lanes at airport checkpoints nationwide,” the TSA said.
Individual TSA PreCheck membership lasts five years after enrollment.
