More-zeen or Teen? Poo-ha, Bite-a-stolen or Need-a-row?
To prepare travel agents to deal with an influx of winter 2017 ski bookings, Crystal Ski Holidays has launched a new Agent Training Guide, previously known as The Ski Bible.
It aims to explain all elements that make up a ski holiday, including equipment needed, types of accommodation, how to match clients to packages, an explanation to the different ski areas, a translation of ski terminology and ski slang and how to pronounce the names of the resorts.
"We know that if you’re not a skier yourself, selling a ski holiday can be a bit of a daunting task," said the operator.
"In this guide, we also share lots of useful tips to make it easy to choose the best holiday for the customer. From finding the right resort, to adding the right extras – we’ve got it covered."
During August, copies of this Crystal Ski Holidays Agent Training Guide will be emailed to travel agents. Any homeworkers or additional copies required can be requested by e-mail [email protected] or phone 0844 415 5550.
