Mysterious odor on cruise ship leads to Coast Guard investigation
The Coast Guard is investigating reports of a ‘foul odor’ and sick guests on a Carnival cruise ship docked in Norfolk.
Despite reports of vomiting and nausea on Carnival Magic, the Mid-Atlantic division of the Coast Guard tweeted there was no ‘immediate distress’ on the ship.
There were no reports of anyone being taken to the hospital. Local media on Wednesday reported cases of vomiting from ‘chemical fumes’
