NCL appoints GM
A new UK general manager has been announced for Norwegian Cruise Line and Orient Lines.
Francis Riley will assume the role on June 20, taking over from Stephen Park, who is leaving NCL to work with an international resorts-based business.
Riley joined NCL in 2004 as sales director from Loyalty Management UK following previous roles at Thomas Cook and Air Miles.
In his new role he will report directly to Andy Stuart, executive vice president of marketing, sales and passenger services for NCL Corporation.
Riley will oversee the launch of Pride of America and Norwegian Jewel in Dover this summer.
