NCL launches upgrade promotion
NCL has launched a promotion which automatically upgrades guests to the highest grade stateroom available within the category that they book.
Called ‘Move on Up’, it enables agents to earn extra commission by upgrading customers booking oceanview balcony staterooms to luxurious mini-suites from just £10 per person.
The promotion applies to all 2008 Europe, Alaska, Caribbean and Hawaii departures from May 2008, on cruises of five nights or more.
Stephen Park, General Manager, NCL UK said: “As we come to the end of our successful Freestyle Giveaway promotion, we wanted to give our travel partners something new, but equally as effective to work with.
“We work very closely with agents, and they have told us that such offers are a great incentive to getting new to cruisers on board, as well as encouraging existing customers to make a booking.
“Over the coming months we’ll be investing even more time in listening to, and acting on their feedback.”
The offer will run from March 1 and April 30.
