New chief at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu

Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu has announced that it is welcoming a new manager, Mario Stanic.

Mario started his career in 1980 working for the Regent Hotel, followed by a leading hotel of the world, Hayman Island. He then moved on to join the Hyatt Group in Canberra as the Assist Director of Food and Beverage, then transferring to his first overseas posting with Hyatt as the opening Assistant F&B Director in Santiago Chile in 1990.

From Chile, Mario then worked at the Hyatt in Mexico, the Sheraton Group as Director of Food and Beverage in London, Jordan and Qatar and worked in Mumbai, India with the Leela Group as EAM and Dubai as Director of Operations for the Jebel Ali Group of Hotels.

His last posting before Coco Palm Dhunikolhu was EAM for the Makadi Palace a 500 room resort in Hurgahada Egypt on the Red Sea.

Marion brings with him a wealth of knowledge and multicultural experience that will enhance the standards on Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu.
