New homeworking strategy for Vertical Group
Independent Travel Experts ex-director Paula Nuttall (nee Turner) has joined The Vertical Group in the newly-created role of group membership director.
She has been brought in to spearhead a new homeworking strategy, extending it beyond Your Holiday Booking and Holiday Elite to the group’s other brands, including Cruise Village, Amathus Holidays and Bedbank and Miss Ellies Travel.
"We have immense gravitas as a group with each brand having its own personality and varying needs-so there is wide opportunity for agents to compliment the chosen brand," she said.
"It will be about understanding each business model and matching the right member with the relevant brand. Our strategy is not about rapid growth, it’s about selecting the right candidate for the right business."
The Vertical Group owner and group CEO Peter Healey founded homeworking group Future Travel in 1997.
