Hotel Ibis World Square has released a special rate of only $129 per room per night, just in time for those pre-Christmas shopping trips. Located just metres from the newly opened World Square Shopping Centre, which boasts more than 90 retailers as well as an open square of restaurants, cafes and bars, the Ibis is ideally positioned for visitors on a shopping spree.

Also just minutes from the hotel are the restaurants and attractions of Chinatown, the George St cinema strip, and the Capitol Theatre. Market City Shopping Centre, with 127 stores including factory outlets, is also just a short stroll from the hotel as is the famous Paddy’s Market.

Hotel Ibis World Square is a funky, modern hotel offering comfortable rooms in the heart of the city at an unbeatable rate. Located on Pitt Street between Town Hall and Central Stations, the hotel offers one of the best addresses in town for a price that won’t break the budget.

“We are a very popular hotel with regional and interstate visitors coming to Sydney to do their shopping,” said General Manager Larry Raffel. “We also get a lot of people coming to stay with us during the cricket season as we are within walking distance of the SCG and with great public transport on our doorstep you are not far from any attraction in town.”

This special rate is available until 30 December 2005. Hotel Ibis World Square is now offering 10% commission on all bookings.
