New senior independent director at Thomas Cook
Dawn Airey is replacing Carl Symon as senior independent director at Thomas Cook after he announced his retirement from the board.
Airey, who is senior vice president at Yahoo Europe, Middle East and Africa, will take over the non-executive position from October 1, 2015.
Chairman Frank Meysman said:"I would sincerely like to thank Carl Symon for his wisdom, support and contribution as a board member and as senior independent director. My fellow directors and I wish him and his family well for the future."
