Newmarket Holidays adds 2024 European tour dates
Escorted tours specialist Newmarket Holidays has rolled out its 2024 European tour collection with two new tours.
The additions are the Ancient Greece Uncovered tour, and the gastronomic Flavours of the Douro.
They join almost 50 European tours to the UK, Italy, Croatia, Spain and France.
The launch includes a 15% discount on selected best-selling itineraries, giving agents the opportunity to secure early bookings.
Director of Product, Purchasing & Operations, Verity Rice, said: “Our global 2024 itineraries have been on sale for a while and customers have been booking well ahead.”
“With our full range of European tours now accessible, we expect our agent partners to benefit from another spike in bookings.”
The new Ancient Greece Uncovered is an eight-day tour with stays in historic Thessaloniki and Athens.
It includes tours of the Acropolis, Delphi’s Temple of Apollo, and the UNESCO-listed archaeological site at Mycenae.
It is priced at £1,296pp inclusive of seven nights’ B&B and return flights to Athens.
Flavours of the Douro is an eight-day tour exploring Porto and the Douro Valley’s vineyards.
Guests visit wine estates and traditional eateries, and there are five wine tastings.
Highlights include a Douro River cruise, visits to ancient castles, and the UNESCO-listed Foz Côa Valley.
