Online cruise training for agents is revamped

Saturday, 04 Jan, 2008 0

Complete Cruise Solution has revamped its Waves of Wisdom online training programme for agents.

The training has been reviewed and improved, restructuring the module organisation into core and mini modules, according to the umbrella sales unit for P&O Cruises, Cunard, Ocean Village and Princess Cruises in the UK.

Covering the basics of selling cruise, core modules cover what is a cruise holiday, the four brands, how to use the brochure and using the online systems.

New mini modules are claimed to be concise and topical, giving agents information on subjects such as new ships, weddings at sea, shore excursions, dining, world cruise, upgrades and Alaska.

Complete Cruise Solution sales director Giles Hawke said: “Our website is so easy to use and offers agents unprecedented training modules, covering every aspect of selling a cruise holiday.

“With almost 4,000 agents now registered it is vital that we keep the Waves of Wisdom training programme up to date and informative for our agent partners.”

*To register for training agents should log on to www.completecruisesolution.com and select the ‘Training’ section.
