Orlando Police confirmed the death of a TSA officer who jumped at Orlando International Airport was suicide.

He was identified as Robert Henry, 36.

After finishing his shift early Saturday, Henry jumped from Hyatt Regency Hotel and landed in the open atrium of the airport.

That caused panic among travelers and passeneger were taken outside and had to be rescreened later.

That resulted in flight delays throughout Saturday.

Henry was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later.

The Orange County Medical Examiner’s findings point to suicide although police investigations are still ongoing, said Sgt. David Baker of the Orlando PD.

That includes the search for a possible suicide note which may shed light on the motive, police said.

"Our thoughts and prayers go out to the officer’s family, friends and everyone in our TSA family," the TSA said in a statement
