Qatar Airways has resumed Osaka flights with a non-stop daily service between Hamad International and Kansai International Airport.

The route is operated by Airbus A350-900 aircraft, with 36 Business Class seats and 247 in Economy Class.

Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Thierry Antinori, said: “Qatar Airways is delighted to once again serve the Kansai region of Japan with our new Osaka route.”

“This strategic expansion strengthens the commitment to the Japanese market, opening a gateway for travellers from Japan.”

Through its airline codeshare with Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways offers its customers domestic connectivity to 34 airline codeshare destinations in Japan.

Additionally, Japan Airlines has placed its code on all Qatar Airways flights between Doha and Japan, including Tokyo’s Narita and Haneda Airports as well as 14 destinations in Qatar Airways global network via Doha.

Passengers departing from Osaka can also book their holiday packages to destinations in the Americas and Europe via holidays.qatarairways.com.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club members will collect Avios on flights and can benefit from savings when paying for flights with a combination of cash and Avios, or Avios Max.
