Revamp for SIA website

Friday, 22 Aug, 2005 0

Singapore Airlines is claiming improved, faster navigation and an enhanced booking mechanism as part of a new look website.

The fare search and availability display includes a flexible date search providing the lowest fare with an available seat in a five-day window.

Other features include a new electronic timetable to replace schedules and speed and performance upgrades.

The website addresses remain www.singaporeair.co.uk for the UK and www.singaporeair.ie for Ireland.

SIA said: “The elements on the main transaction box – book a flight, check-in and flight status – featured on the home page are based on analysis of the website data and customer behaviour and have been identified as the main transactions carried out by customers.”
