Ryanair signs agreement with price comparison website
Ryanair has signed a licensing agreement with price comparison website Momondo.com.
After paying a €100 charitable donation, Momondo will be able to display Ryanair.com’s guaranteed lowest on its travel search engine.
Ryanair’s Stephen McNamara said: “Ryanair will continue to fight against “ticket-tout†screenscrapers which are reselling Ryanair seats without authorisation and are overcharging consumers with inflated fares and fictitious fuel surcharges.
“Consumers can now use Momondo.com to compare fares safe in the knowledge that they will be directed to www.ryanair.com to book Ryanair’s guaranteed lowest faresâ€.
Meanwhile, Ryanair has also launched an online credit card offer providing 0% interest for the first 10 months on balance transfers.
The rate thereafter and on card purchases is 14.9% APR (variable).
Ryanair’s offer also rewards new customers, with a bonus return flight of their choice and the opportunity to earn bonus flights by using their credit card.
