Leading Online Travel Company Strategic Sales focused role Newly created role Fantastic salary $$ and career on offer Our client, a leading online travel specialist is looking for a experienced and savvy Sales Manager who can work closely with their sales and account management teams to implement sales initiatives within their region of affiliate partners. Your previous experience in setting marketing plans and executing sales strategies that drive long term business relationships and growth across your consumer market will crucial to this role and have a strong impact on your success. Your Key Responsibilities of this role are, but are in no way limited to Identify and develop initiatives to acquire new business opportunities within your region in line with company standards Develop and build strong relationships with trade and industry partners to increase by-in at industry events and seminars Negotiate contracts with key partners / clients to maximise opportunities Work towards sales and revenue targets, being instrumental in business growth To be successful in this fantastic opportunity you will need a minimum of 5 years experience in a sales manager capacity(ideally within the hotels industry), thrive in a fast paced, professional and leading organisation where your “can do” attitude and stong work ethic will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package, where you will be the envy from your friends. You will also need to have strong knowledge of hotel revenue managment, strong negotiation skills, be analyitical in your approach, have excellent communications skills and be tertiary qualified.
