Salt Lake expands global presence with new trade representation offices
Visit Salt Lake has established a network of five international trade representation offices across Europe and the Americas.
It has established offices in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany-Austria-Switzerland.
It strengthens Salt Lake’s global presence, aiming to grow its tourism brand and boost awareness in key source markets.
These new offices are part of a trade-first strategy aimed at encouraging product development, and driving long-term demand.
Each agency will act as a key representative, educating and training travel trade professionals—wholesalers, tour operators, travel agents, airlines, and advisors—on Salt Lake unique offerings.
“With the opening of these five offices, Salt Lake is taking an unprecedented leap into the global tourism market,” said Kaitlin Eskelson, President & CEO of Visit Salt Lake.
“This expansion positions us to compete in a crowded global marketplace, attract new travelers, and prepare for monumental events like the 2034 Winter Olympics.”
“It’s an exciting step toward establishing Salt Lake as an internationally recognized and respected destination.”
Visit Salt Lake has partnered with the following expert agencies to lead the charge:
Canuckiwi (Canada)
Connect Worldwide (Mexico)
Rocket Marketing (United Kingdom & Ireland)
Blossom Travel Marketing (France)
Lieb Management (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Together, these agencies will spearhead efforts to organize trade and media Fam trips, as well as foster partnerships with airlines to increase accessibility.
