Sandals Resorts offers free travel insurance
Sandals and Beaches Resorts across the Caribbean are now offering guests free insurance cover for medical expenses.
It is valid for bookings made until the end of the year.
The ‘Travel Protection Plan – Insurance Is On Us’ program is arranged through Trip Mate
The insurance cover will be added to bookings made before the end of 2020.
It covers medical expenses for illness or accidents including Covid-19, up to a maximum $100,000 per person.
Ambulance transportation to or from a hospital, medical evacuation and travel delays due to a foced quarantine are also covered.
It is part of Sandals’ Book with Confidence program.
This includes cancellation protection which enables guests to receive a full refund not including flights if cancelled at least 31 days before scheduled arrival.
