Scoot rolls out new interline booking platform
Low cost carrier Scoot is expanding its customer base with a new interline booking platform in partnership with Dohop.
The platform enables through ticketing on virtual interlining for self-connect itineraries via a partner airline.
Along with initial partners easyJet and Citilink, it extends through ticketing to European destinations and throughout Indonesia.
It effectively offers Scoot customers more than 30 new destinations.
This enables travellers to book flights from Singapore to Milan, Paris, and Geneva.
“This represents an exciting step forward for Scoot. This collaboration with Dohop enables our customers to explore a wider range of destinations with ease, and we look forward to building on this momentum and working with additional airline partners,” said Calvin Chan, chief commercial officer at Scoot.
“We are delighted to support Scoot as they launch their new booking platform. Scoot has been a valuable partner, and we’re excited to see them take this step towards expanding their footprint,” said Sarah Hanan, chief commercial officer at Dohop.
