Search is on to fill new TTNG role
The Travel Network Group is creating a new senior role to help new members establish themselves in the travel sector.
It is recruiting for a business development manager who will help agents who are new to travel.
The role will involve guiding and mentoring with the aim of retaining more new members.
Existing members are also being encouraged to come along to meetings to welcome new ones.
The consortium received 446 applications from potential members in the last year and welcomed 252 into the fold.
Group membership services director Lisa Henning told agents at this week’s conference that TTNG membership would be worth £165,000 in 2018, up from £125,000 this year.
