Ski operator targets corporate market with new chalet

Luxury chalet operator Bramble Ski has unveiled a new property in the Swiss ski resort of Zermatt.

Christiana Residence sleeps 48 guests in 24 bedrooms and offers a range of catered and self-catered options.

It is Zermatt’s largest chalet and, according to Bramble, the only one designed for the corporate travel market.

The property is comprised of eight individual apartments, which range from a one-bedroom bolthole and a three-bedroom pad with its own hot tub, to a seven-bedroom penthouse apartment with its own sauna and wellness facilities, cinema and a banquet table seating up to 26.

The residences can be rented individually, as a smaller collection of apartments, or as one exclusive chalet. Each of the 24 bedrooms can be furnished with either double or twin beds.

Each booking is assigned a dedicated manager who can arrange services such as in-apartment boot and ski fittings and restaurant reservations.

The property is the first in Bramble Ski’s portfolio to offer a self-catered option. It also offers a new bed and breakfast option, as well as a fully-catered board basis.
