SLH develops dedicated agent website
Small Luxury Hotels of the World has created a dedicated website for travel agents.
The website, www.slh.com/travelagents, is designed to help the trade, which already accounts for more than 70% of all bookings.
“We recognise that travel agents are critical to the success of the brand and so it’s really important that we continue to identify and implement new initiatives, like a dedicated website, that provide agents with the tools to sell the SLH brand as effectively and seamlessly as possible,” said CEO Paul Kerr.
The site includes information on SLH’s commission payment policy and contact details for the dedicated telephone hotlines where agents can speak to an SLH representative if they are having problems securing a reservation at an SLH hotel or if a client has a special request.
Information about SLH’s global sales team is also available on the site, including information on the recently created Groups and Meetings department.
